Both times he was able to fit me in with very little notice and did such a perfect job, cleaning screens and windows, even difficult ones. He’s also cleaned my patio and cedar steps. I moved into my new house recently and the exterior was in okay shape but it had built up years of residue on the exterior. My roof looked so bad I thought I needed new shingles, I could barely see out of my windows and screens, and the house itself had built years of residue and dirt. Looks brand new now! I have double hung windows with storm windows and screens so I was afraid it was going to be outrageously expensive. But It wasn’t near as bad as I thought. Very fair price and value for the work. I can’t tell you how happy and surprised I am with the outcome. Most home exteriors could probably look loads better after a cleaning. I will definitely be using Blechta Exterior Cleaning again. I purchased a new house that had been pretty neglected. I had been debating getting new siding and came across Blechta exterior cleaning. They really did a great job at refreshing the exterior and making it look sooo much better. I didn’t realize how much of these “stains” (which I couldn’t wash off) would come off from somebody who knows what they’re doing, and these guys do. Also added on the interior and exterior window cleaning service, along with patio power wash (patio looks brand new!). Highly recommend.
